Directors, Trish Bayliss and Rosie Guichard are both very experienced in the field having worked in the Lettings Industry for over 9 years each, and both have ARLA and NAEA qualifications. Due to the lack of quality independent inventory clerks they felt there was a gap in the market that desperately needed filling.
Our Service:
Our inventories are very thorough and clearly laid out with digital colour photographs of each room to ensure accuracy for both landlords and tenants. We took part in the TDS trial scheme and as a result we know our inventories come up to scratch. We know from experience that a poor quality inventory can cause huge problems at the end of the tenancy when it comes to releasing deposits fairly. Keeping clients happy at this late stage is crucial.
